The Protocol Analysis Institute (PAI) was created by Laura Chappell, industry protocol analyst, lecturer and writer. The Institute focuses on protocol and application research and the development of educational material for network troubleshooters, analysts, engineers and security technicians.

This year, PAI is releasing a series of online courses based on Ms. Chappell's highly acclaimed lectures. These courses allow IT personnel to enhance their knowledge of TCP/IP communications, network security, application analysis and network troubleshooting from anywhere, at anytime.
